  • For on-site corporate headshots, I generally recommend booking for a team rather than a single person, as the full studio setup comes to your workplace. Individual executives and professionals can be photographed at my Leichhardt studio, with dedicated studio packages available.

  • I'm based in Sydney, with a studio at 25 Macquarie Street, Leichhardt in Sydney's Inner West — around 10 minutes from the CBD with free street parking. Individual corporate and executive sessions are photographed in the studio, while for team headshots I bring the professional studio setup to your workplace across the Sydney metro area.

  • It depends on your team size and package. A half-day covers up to 25 people; a full day covers up to 50. Individual sessions are quick and efficient — most people are done in under 15 minutes.

  • Absolutely — that's exactly what the New Hire Top-Up is for. New hires come into the studio individually and are photographed to match your existing team's style exactly. Flat rate of $200 + GST per person, no lock-in.

  • Makeup touch-ups are included for every team member to ensure everyone looks polished on camera. Full hair and makeup services are also available for corporate bookings — for individuals or entire teams — and can be arranged when you book.

  • Yes, a formal tax invoice (including GST) is provided for every corporate booking, making it easy to process through your business's accounts payable.

  • For on-site corporate team bookings, each person typically receives 2 final retouched photographs, although this can be tailored to your team's needs. Individual studio sessions include 2 photographs with Essential Corporate Headshots and 4 photographs with Executive Portrait & Branding. Final images are professionally retouched and supplied in colour and black & white, with high-resolution and web-optimised files.

  • After your session you'll receive an online proofing gallery to choose your favourite images within 2 days. Once you've made your selections, fully retouched, web-optimised images are delivered within 3–5 business days. Rush turnaround is available on request.

  • Yes, you'll receive an online proofing gallery to select your preferred shots before retouching begins.

  • On-site corporate team headshots start from $120 + GST per person for larger teams, with half-day and full-day rates also available. Individual studio sessions start from $395 for men and $495 for women with Essential Corporate Headshots. Executive Portrait & Branding sessions are $695 for men and $795 for women.
