Hi, I'm Simona

I’ve spent more than 20 years working as a model and makeup artist, so I understand both sides of the camera — and how vulnerable it can feel to step in front of one.

As a female photographer, I know that feeling comfortable and trusting the person photographing you is especially important with boudoir.

From professional hair and makeup and wardrobe guidance through to posing and expression, I’ll be there to guide you throughout the entire experience. You never need to wonder what to do next.

Choose your photographs after your shoot.

Your session includes professional hair and makeup, wardrobe and styling guidance, a private 2–3 hour boudoir photoshoot with multiple looks, expert posing direction and your private viewing appointment.

Photographs are purchased separately after your shoot, so you don't need to decide what you'd like until you've seen your images.

Individual photographs start from $195, with beautiful album and portrait collections also available.

We’ll discuss your vision, outfits and the style of photographs you’d love to create.

02 — HAIR & MAKEUP
Relax while your professional hair and makeup is created for you, with adjustments throughout your shoot.

03 — YOUR PRIVATE PHOTOSHOOT
I’ll guide you through every pose and expression. You don’t need any modelling experience — I’ll show you exactly what to do.

04 — VIEW & CHOOSE YOUR FAVOURITES
Return to the studio for your private viewing, where you’ll see your photographs and choose only the images you love.

BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHY FAQs

  • Boudoir photography is a private, professionally guided photoshoot designed to create beautiful, confident and intimate portraits of you.

    Your experience includes professional hair and makeup, styling guidance and expert posing direction. You don’t need any modelling experience — I’ll guide you through the entire shoot.

  • Absolutely. Most of the women I photograph have never done a boudoir photoshoot before and often arrive feeling a little nervous.

    You don’t need to look like a model, know how to pose or feel completely confident before you arrive. My job is to make you feel comfortable, guide you through the experience and photograph you in a way that works beautifully for your body.

  • Not at all. I’ll guide you through every pose, from where to place your hands and legs to your posture, expression and where to look.

    I tailor the posing to your individual body rather than using the same poses for everyone, so you never need to wonder what to do next.

  • We’ll discuss wardrobe during your consultation and plan several different looks for your shoot.

    You can bring lingerie, bodysuits, slips, dresses, oversized shirts, blazer or anything else you feel beautiful in. You’ll also have access to selected pieces from my studio wardrobe.

    You don’t need to buy an entirely new wardrobe — we can often create beautiful photographs with pieces you already own.

    A professional spray tan a couple of days before can be a great look and help you feel more confident showing more skin.

  • Yes. Professional hair and makeup is included in your boudoir session.

    We’ll discuss the look you prefer beforehand, whether that’s fresh and natural, softly glamorous or something more dramatic. Your makeup should still feel like you, just beautifully camera-ready.

  • Absolutely not. How much or how little you reveal is entirely your choice.

    Beautiful boudoir photographs can be created in lingerie, a bodysuit, a shirt, a dress or even wrapped in a sheet. If you would like to create implied nude or more revealing photographs, we can do that too, but you will never be pressured to show more than you are comfortable with.

  • Yes. Your privacy is extremely important.

    Your photographs will never be shared on my website, social media or portfolio without your permission. After seeing your photographs, you decide whether you are comfortable sharing a selection, a single image or nothing at all.

    Your images, your choice.

  • Yes. Every photograph you purchase is professionally retouched.

    My approach is to keep you looking natural and recognisably yourself while creating a polished finished photograph. Retouching can also take care of temporary things such as blemishes, bruises or other little distractions you would prefer not to see.

  • Yes. My Digital Boudoir Package is $695 and includes your complete boudoir experience plus four professionally retouched high-resolution digital photographs, along with copies suitable for sharing online.

    Love more than four? Additional digital photographs can be purchased after you view your gallery.

  • About a week after your photoshoot, you’ll return to my Leichhardt studio for your private viewing appointment, where you’ll see your photographs and choose your favourites.

    I’ll also show you a pre-designed album featuring your photographs, along with wall art options, so you can see exactly how your images could look beautifully printed and displayed.

    If you live outside Sydney or can’t return to the studio, your viewing can also be held privately via Zoom.

  • My boudoir session fee is $295 and includes professional hair and makeup, styling guidance and your private 2–3 hour photoshoot.

    Photographs are purchased separately after your shoot, so you don’t need to decide what you would like until you’ve seen your images. Individual photographs start from $195.

    If you prefer photographs included, my Digital Boudoir Package is $695 and includes your complete experience plus four professionally retouched high-resolution digital photographs. Additional photographs can be purchased after your viewing.
